Our approach
Ginang is a wellness publication with one simple bias: the human being comes first. The health world runs on fear, hype and white coats, so we slow down and look at what actually matters in a real life, the habit, the food, the sleep, the person, and translate it into plain, warm language anyone can use.
Honest, not hopeful
We respect that some supplements and routines genuinely help, and we respect the evidence just as much. When research supports something, we say so. When a claim is thin or a product overpromises, we say that too, calmly, rather than dressing marketing up as proof.
Editorial independence
Content is produced by the Ginang Editorial Team. We are reader- and ad-supported and may earn a commission from some links, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change our verdict.
A note on scope
We write about general wellbeing, nutrition and supplements. We are not doctors and our content is not medical advice. For anything specific to your health, please talk to a qualified professional.
